- Notify us by opening a Support Ticket with the following details
- URL of your Atlassian site, e.g., https://your-instance.atlassian.net
- A screenshot of the review
- Your preferred Amazon store (e.g., Amazon US, Amazon UK, etc.).
- Your contact information, including name, email and postal address. - After verifying your review, we will send your $30 Amazon Gift Card to your email.
Important Rules and Guidelines
To ensure fairness and compliance with Atlassian’s guidelines, please review the following rules:
Honest reviews only
We value your genuine feedback. You don’t need to give a perfect score - just share your true experience.
For reviews with ratings under four stars, please include at least one constructive feedback on how we can improve.
Minimum review length
Reviews must be at least two sentences long and provide meaningful insights.
One review per user
Each participant is eligible for one gift card only.
Use a business email address
Your review must be submitted using a business email associated with your Atlassian account.
No duplicate reviews
Updating an old review or submitting multiple reviews from different accounts will not qualify for the reward.
Must be a recent user
You must have used our app within the last six months to be eligible.
The app for which the review is written must be installed in your Atlassian Cloud instance at the time of writing.
Atlassian review approval
Reviews must comply with Atlassian’s guidelines and be published on the Marketplace to qualify.
Limited supply
Gift cards are subject to availability and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional notes
- This campaign is open to customers worldwide; however, Amazon Gift Card availability may vary by region. If Amazon Gift Card is unavailable in your region, we will try our best to provide an alternative solution of same value.
