Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the OST Labs apps. They are made up of two documents: the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0), an industry-standard agreement we adopt without modification, and our Provider-Specific Terms, which set the details specific to OST Labs and attach our policies. The summary below explains what they say in plain language; the linked documents are the authoritative text and prevail in case of any difference.
What the terms cover
Licence to use the apps
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps for the duration and within the scope of your subscription, for your own internal use. Ownership of the apps stays with OST Labs. The full grant and its limits are in the Standard Agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or misuse the apps, and to use them only within the scope of your subscription, as set out in the Standard Agreement.
Fees, billing and subscriptions
Pricing, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian and monday.com (and their authorised partners) through their marketplaces, under their marketplace terms. OST Labs does not process these payments.
Support and service levels
Support is provided through our helpdesk, in English, with the response targets set out in our Support Policy, and the availability commitment and response targets in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Both are Attachments to our Provider-Specific Terms.
Security and data protection
Our security measures are described in our Security & Data Protection Whitepaper. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies, and the third parties we use are published in our subprocessor list. See also our Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
Warranties, indemnities and liability are as written in the Standard Agreement and are not modified by us. Liability is capped: a General Cap of the fees paid in the prior 12 months, and an Enhanced Cap of three times those fees for security and data-protection (DPA) breaches.
Term and termination
The agreement runs for your subscription term and may end as set out in the Standard Agreement. These provisions are unchanged by us.
Governing law and courts
Overriding the Standard Agreement’s default, these terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
Where these terms apply
They apply to our apps on both the Atlassian Marketplace and the monday.com Apps Marketplace.

Order of precedence. If the documents ever conflict, the order is (1) any signed Amendment, then (2) our Provider-Specific Terms, then (3) the Standard Agreement.
