Embed Airtable
Embed an Airtable grid, calendar or form in a Confluence page with HTML Macro Pro using the share view embed URL.
Embed an Airtable view
Share the view in Airtable
Open the view you want to embed (grid, calendar, gallery or form), click Share view and enable the embed option.
Copy the embed URL
Copy the URL from the iframe snippet. It looks like https://airtable.com/embed/...
Use the /embed/ URL, not the plain share URL: the share URL opens Airtable’s full site, while the embed URL renders a clean, embeddable view.
Paste it into the macro
On your Confluence page, type /html, choose Embed a URL / link to this page, paste the embed URL and set the Block height. 600 to 800 px works well for grids.
Publish the page
Publish the Confluence page. The Airtable view renders on the page and stays live as the base changes.
Alternative: paste the full iframe snippet
If you prefer, copy Airtable’s whole iframe snippet and paste it via the Insert raw HTML or JavaScript code option instead. Set the iframe’s width and height attributes to 100% so it fills the macro block. See Embedding code.
Good to know
- Restricted CSP mode: ask your Confluence admin to enable the Airtable template. See Content Security Policy.
- View not loading? See Troubleshooting.
