Embed a Trello board
Get the embeddable board URL
Take your board URL and append .html:
https://trello.com/b/BOARDID.html
This is Trello’s embeddable board view, a lightweight render of the board designed for iframes.
Paste it into the macro
On your Confluence page, type /html, choose Embed a URL / link to this page and paste the URL.
Publish the page
Set the Block height, save and publish. The board renders on the page.
Alternative: Trello’s official embed snippet
Trello also offers an embed snippet for boards and cards. Copy it and paste it via the Insert raw HTML or JavaScript code option. See Embedding code.
Good to know
- Visibility follows Trello’s rules. The board must be visible to the person viewing the page: either a public board, or the viewer is logged into Trello in the same browser with access to it.
- Restricted CSP mode: ask your Confluence admin to enable the Trello template. See Content Security Policy.
- Board not loading? See Troubleshooting.

- Integrations & examples: the same pattern for other tools.
